The Red Sea parts and moves on my command

Well, not really but I did move water yesterday. Long have I lived with a large 'office cooler' water despenser on my bucher block cart. It has caused much irritation for me, as a perfectly good prep centre goes unused. In addition to this, Serdic generously shared his walnut oil from Lee Valley with me so that I could protect my cart prior to food use.

I needed a solution, but couldn't just bung the water cooler in general. I got a wire rack (again from Ikea) to place the cooler onto. Unfortunately, now I have twice the amount of 'stuff' in the same spot. So in order to solve this issue, I moved our corner unit into the bedroom, and then moved the water cooler closer to the front door. The amount of space I now have in the kitchen is incredible. Well, the actual amount of space is the same, but the appearance is quite wide.

I have to start to push myself to make use of this new space, and prep area. I think I might want to oil it a little more just to make sure the wood doesn't soak in any stains.

Damn is it hot.
