Tired of Tires

Looks like I need tires for my car...doing a quick search the size for my vehicle is P195/60R15. Here is my reference page.

These are the top rated all season tires... I'm still not sure if we should get winter tires or not. Yes they are better in the snow, but not so hot in the wet/dry roads after plowing... plus having ot pay extra for new rims, and then each year having to get them flipped.
